What Colors Do You Mix To Make Blue

Since royal blue is a shade of blue all you need to do is darken the blue to make royal blue. The color wheel starts with three primary colors which are red blue and yellow. Cyan and yellow make green. Blue does mix with other colors to create new colors including mixing with yellow to make green and mixing with red to make violet.
