What To Wear To A Fast Food Job Interview

The very best way to get a 10 second interview is to show up in those hideous slit up jeans. No matter the job. If servers at the restaurant wear chinos and collared golf shirts with black shoes for example make this your minimum target. Many managers in fast food restaurants wear uniforms just like their employees.

You could wear jeans but they would need to be pressed not worn and paired with a nicer polo. Like maybe a pair of dark wash jeans and a nice shirt. You may want to wear neutral pantyhose or kneehighs. Take a pen and paper.

How you dress shows your interest or lack thereof for the job. So don t wear too much jewelry avoid wearing big hoop earrings and other piercings that will distract the interviewer. If you re interviewing for a managerial or supervisory role try a polished business casual look. If you re interviewing for a position as a server barista hostess bartender or cashier stick to an all black look.

Make sure that you have a clean copy of your application letter job ad resumé and references and or reference letters and copies of transcripts or certificates relevant to the position to take to the interview.
