Mermaids are known as beautiful aquatic creatures that used their voices to enchant sailors and fall in love with them.

What is the difference between mermaid and siren. Mermaids may not necessarily kill men like sirens do. Somewhere along the literary and mythological road mermaids and sirens got confused into one creature. On the alternative hand siren would not have any such distinction and always thought about as a full marine natural creature.
